Reflect with the Angels

Dear Angel Friends,

The angels are here to help us look deep within the waters of our soul to see what we are reflecting back to the world. Do you like what you see?  Are you reflecting peace and harmony, or are the waters turbulent? Finding a way to soften your reflection is key. But how do you do that? Let’s ask the angels.

The angels tell us that our hearts are the vehicles that guide us as we travel through our journey. Our hearts are the hidden source of our reflections. Soften the heart and you will smooth out turbulence. Soften the heart and you will find peace and harmony within.

One of the most debilitating sources of internal turbulence is worry caused by overthinking problems. This creates a fear based on what “might” happen and in doing so, tenses up and distorts the flow of energy exchange through your heart chakra. The more you give attention to the worry of your unwanted outcome, the more fear and turbulence is created within your heart which is evidenced in your reflection.

Instead, when a problem or concern enters your experience, call to the angels for help in keeping your internal waters calm and your thinking rational. Ask for help in reflecting on your concern and for help discerning what is needed for a viable solution. Ask the angels to help calm the waters of your heart and soul and  begin to notice as indicators of transformation begin to show up in your life. Before you realize it you will be reflecting calm waters from deep within your soul – and it is at this time that you will be able to see the beauty of the reflection that you call yours.
